If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or the Services.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and MV News Media Pvt. Ltd. (“MV News”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at Anna Salai, Chennai 600002, Tamil Nadu, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2.License to use the Site
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, MV News grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to:
- Access and read the journalistic content published on the Site for your personal, non-commercial use.
- Share links to articles on social media or messaging platforms, provided the share does not bypass our paywall (where applicable) or strip attribution.
- Quote brief excerpts of up to 75 words from any article, with attribution to “MV News” and a link back to the original article.
This licence does not include the right to: republish full articles, scrape our content programmatically, train a machine learning model on our content without a separate written agreement, or use our content for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.
3.Intellectual property

4.User conduct
You agree not to:

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you have paid to MV News in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) ₹1,000 (Indian rupees one thousand).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law, including liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or violation of mandatory statutory provisions.
8.Dispute resolution & jurisdiction
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. You agree to send a written notice of any dispute to legal@mvnews.in and allow MV News thirty (30) days to respond before initiating formal proceedings.
